Before you apply for a service connection, disconnection or meter installation, read our SERVICE CONNECTION PROCEDURE, SERVICE DISCONNECTION PROCEDURE and INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGE POLICY.

Aquatera will respond to requests for service within three business days to understand the service request and schedule the required work. Aquatera requests notice at least two weeks in advance.
