Aquatera is excited to host the tradeshow for the 2026 Water|Earth|Innovation Conference, taking place Tuesday, April 28, 2029 at the Pomeroy Hotel & Conference Centre Grande Prairie (11633 100 Street).

Details:

• Move in and setup is ONLY on Monday, April 27, 2026 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• The tradeshow will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Booths include one six (6) foot, skirted table
• We will try to accommodate power where possible
• Company names will be listed on tables - no tradeshow floor plan will be provided
• Teardown MUST be completed on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Please note:

• The tradeshow does not include attendance for the sessions 
• The exhibitor registration is valid for two exhibitors and the cost of additional exhibitors is $50/person
