Two ways we engage with customers are through our monthly Win Your Water Customer Satisfaction Survey and our biennial Customer Satisfaction Telephone Survey. These tools allow us to learn about what is important to our customers and provides guidance and direction.
In September, Aquatera implemented the Aquatera Customer Advisory Panel. The purpose of this initiative is to engage with a panel of our customers on a regular basis to gather guidance and feedback on current issues, trending topics and future initiatives, from a customer perspective.
