Canada Post Strike
Due to the Canada Post strike, we will be unable to mail out paper bills. To prevent any service interruptions or additional fees, we recommend signing up for our eBill service. For those preferring to pay in person, bills are currently available at the Aquatera Head Office. If you need to check your account balance, call us at 780.538.0340, email us at myaccount@aquatera.ca, or use the LiveChat feature on our website at www.aquatera.ca. We are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except on statutory holidays. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
