Bulk Water Service

Aquatera provides value to bulk water customers through convenient access to clean, safe, potable water.

Our rural residential customers require potable water for domestic use, as well as for livestock watering. Commercial customers use the water in their processing or alternately, haul it to their customers for resale.

Bulk Water Rates

Our bulk water rate is $10.93 per cubic metre (1000L or 220 gallons), and all customers are charged the same rate.

This rate supports continual investment to improve bulk water infrastructure while continuing to provide a safe, reliable potable water source to customers.

Fees

As of November 20, 2023, Aquatera began passing credit card fees on to bulk water
customers that choose to pay with credit cards online through Flowpoint and over the
phone. To avoid paying these fees, bulk water customers can pay at the Aquatera Head Office using cash, debit, or prepay invoice though online banking.

Bulk water customers who pay in-person at the West Bulk Water Station (12109 97
Avenue) and the Dimsdale Bulk Water Station (711079 RR73) will not be required to pay
