On behalf of Aquatera Utilities Inc. BTO Contracting is completing the construction of a new storage cell, and de-sludging the existing cells at the Wembley Lagoon.
The purpose of this project is to improve the quality of effluent and increase sanitary capacity, supporting further growth in the Town of Wembley.
Construction began in mid-May and was substantially complete in November of 2021. Seasonal deficiencies for landscaping and fencing will be completed in the spring of 2022.
