Customer Focus Group
At Aquatera, your feedback is important to us. We will be holding three focus groups between May 30 and 31 to hear the voice of you, our customers. We want to hear your thoughts, feedback and experiences with Aquatera. We want to know what you think we are doing well or how you think we can improve. We invite you to participate in these discussions, so we can learn how to better serve you and provide the best value and services to all our customers.
This discussion will involve approximately 12 people, a mix of customers and Aquatera employees. The purpose is for us to listen to you and deeply understand your experiences with Aquatera.
We’ll be listening, you’ll be talking.
In appreciation of your participation we will be providing refreshments during the discussion and a $50 Visa gift card.

Who: New customers, property managers, customers who have has issues with Aquatera in the past
May 30
Time: 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Location: Aquatera Head Office; 11101 104 Avenue
Who: New customers, property managers, customers who have has issues with Aquatera in the past
May 31
Time: 11:30am to 1:30pm
Location: Aquatera Head Office; 11101 104 Avenue
Who: Bulk Water customers, sump and septic customers
