Aquatera Customer Advisory Panel

Calling all residential, commercial and industry customers throughout the City of Grande Prairie, County of Grande Prairie and Town of Sexsmith!

Have you had a wonderful experience with Aquatera’s customer service? Did your last bill leave you scratching your head? Are you satisfied with how Aquatera is communicating with you? Do you think we could be doing a better job educating our community?

At Aquatera, your feedback is important to us. And whether its good or bad, we want to hear all of it. As a Lean organization, we value continuous improvement, and the only way we can truly enhance our services and provide the best value to our customers is to hear it directly from you.

If you would like to have a say in how Aquatera serves our customers and community, the Aquatera Customer Advisory Panel (ACAP) would love to have you!

The purpose of ACAP is to listen to you and deeply understand your opinions and experiences with Aquatera. We want to know what you think we are doing well or how we can improve; we want your advice on current issues; we want your guidance on future initiatives. Discussions will revolve around trending topics at Aquatera - the sky is the limit!

In appreciation of your participation, members of ACAP will receive:

  • Refreshments at each meeting,
  • $150 compensation per meeting,
  • Mileage reimbursement paid at $0.45/KM (paid to those who live outside of Grande Prairie),
  • Aquatera jacket, shirt, hat, other swag.

To be considered for ACAP, applicants must:

  • Be a customer in good standing,
  • Be able to commit to four meetings per year (in-person or via video/teleconference),
  • Not live with or be related to a current or former Aquatera staff member,
  • Not be currently employed in any field of media or communications,
  • Have a genuine interest in providing feedback to help Aquatera enhance services.

ACAP members will be appointed to one year of service, with the possibility of applying for an additional two years.
