- Here is what employees told us in a recent anonymous employee survey:
“Everyday that I come to work, I feel that it’s a great place to be, besides the benefits, the positive atmosphere, and attitudes of all staff and the knowledge of any concerns being addressed. Having worked for large companies both union and non-union, I have found that a positive work atmosphere alone will make a good company great to work for. Also having family events like the Pumpkin Patch, Bowling Night, etc.”
“I feel that Aquatera is a great place to work when my personal goals/successes are encouraged. For example, when I wanted to back to school, it wasn’t an issue. My needs were accepted and the schedule was made flexible for me.”
“While doing a tank entry, a near miss incident required me (most senior on job) to shut the job down. My co-worker and I devised an alternate way to complete the task. We got full support of both supervisors and we were able to complete the job safely."
“Just working with certain people on pipes, valves, etc. is a lot of fun; people who you can laugh with and relate to. I love my job and would rather work here than anywhere else. Everyday is a good day and I always work with people I like.”
“I came to Aquatera because I was looking for a defined career path with a long-term viable company. And I really like working for my supervisor.”
