Aquatera’s Head Office Has Moved

MEDIA RELEASE – 2 January 2012

Grande Prairie, AB – The New Year will see many changes at Aquatera, beginning with the relocation of their head office on January 3, to a single location.  Five separate work groups that were previously located throughout Grande Prairie will be brought together under one roof residing at the LBX Centre at 11101 104 Avenue, Grande Prairie.

Aquatera customers will now go to the new location for most administrative services, including billing and meter services, previously located at City Hall.  Joining them will be technical, financial, communications, and the corporate team. The hours of operation at the new location will remain the same, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Transit routes serviced at the location include Route 4 – College and the Shoppers Special.

The move may result in some delays in responding to customer inquiries as employees unpack files and connect to the new computer network. Aquatera’s employees are doing their best to minimize the impact on customers, and appreciate their customer’s patience during the move.
